We are seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join our growing team specializing in financial institution audits. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with community banks and credit unions throughout Texas and surrounding states.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform audit procedures for financial institution clients
- Prepare working papers and audit documentation
- Assist in planning and executing audit engagements
- Interact directly with client personnel and management
- Review and analyze financial statements and regulatory reports
- Mentor junior staff members

Requirements
- CPA certification preferred
- 3-5 years public accounting experience
- Financial institution experience a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills
